A native of Huber Heights, a suburb of Dayton, Ohio, David spent much of his youth water skiing at Lake Cumberland and enjoying golf as a member of the Dayton Youth Golf Academy. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged early in 2007, he launched his own transportation company, which he successfully operated until relocating to Florida in 2014.

After gaining valuable experience with a financial firm, David made the decision in 2016 to pursue his true passion, real estate. Since then, he has consistently ranked in the top of agents in the Orlando market, a testament to his dedication, market expertise, and client‑first approach.
