Spent the last 30 years in real estate, first as a licensed homebuilder where I built over 600 houses, then as subdivision developer, and finally as GC building hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice.  Began as a licensed real estate agent in Georgia in 2011 and have since been a new home on-site marketing agent as well as resale agent throughout the Atlanta metro area.  Successfully closed over 250 transactions using my experience from the building process and my knowledge of the housing market and larger economic realities.  Obtained the Certified Condominium Sales Specialist designation in Georgia which is helpful in Florida as the laws in the two states are extremely similar.
