Geannina began her real estate career in 1998 where she held positions including Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Director of Marketing & Sales for Luxcom Builders. Later affiliated with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, she served some of Miami’s most iconic and affluent neighborhoods such as Brickell, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove. During her tenure with Coldwell Banker, Geannina earned Coach-of-the-Year for three years running while leading and mentoring approximately 199 associates who subsequently increased their earnings up to 600% in a one-year time-period. For many years she co-chaired the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation while living in Miami.
After moving to the Treasure Coast to join Watson Realty Corp., Geannina successfully manages both the Port Saint Lucie and Vero Beach offices by developing numerous associates who have gone on to become top producers. Some of her proudest success stories are of the new agents who became award-winners during their first year thanks to her commitment and dedication. Currently Geannina is affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty serving sellers and buyers all over the Treasure Coast and most of Florida, she loves developing knowledgeable and powerful agents through education, training, mentoring, and coaching, and of course serving her customers with respect, accuracy and results, when it comes to her people, her motto is simple: Knowledge is Power!
Geannina holds both a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as a Certified Residential Brokerage (CRB) designation and is a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Leadership Development Program. She carries a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Hotel Administration from The Pontificia Universidad Catdlica Madre y Maestra and Cornell University.
A well-rounded and well-traveled individual. Having lived in three different countries, she is bilingual in English and Spanish, knows basic French, and is fairly fluent in Italian. Geannina has many passions, besides developing outstanding results to her customers and enjoying her family, traveling all over the world is her number one passion!
