In April of 2005, I received my Florida Real Estate License and began working in residential real estate. During my real estate career, I have sold properties totaling millions of dollars and negotiated many rentals. I have been able to form long-term relationships with customers that allow me to assist them in fulfilling their dream of a Florida home, even if it takes 3 or 4 years for them to be ready. I have also helped people “move up” from one home to another by maintaining a continuing relationship with them. I have been a real estate investor and understand the unique needs of investors. My background in technology allows me to use the latest “tech” tools for my customers’ benefit, while still retaining a common-sense approach to business building. I see Real Estate as a professional service and am proud to be a part of the industry.
