Steve Looper, Director of Training, brings a strong foundation in education and professional development to the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning Styles. After several years in the education field, Steve earned his real estate license in 2003 and successfully combined his passion for teaching with his real estate expertise.
Since joining the CRR family in 2013, Steve has played an integral role in agent development and training, recognizing early on that a non-traditional brokerage model better aligned with his business philosophy and commitment to agent success. Known for his engaging teaching style and industry knowledge, Steve is dedicated to helping agents grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys interior design and spending time with his two dogs, Coco and Bruce.
