Managing Broker Monica Osorio has been an essential member of our office since 2009. A native-born Floridian with extensive real estate experience, Monica brings a unique passion to her role with Charles Rutenberg Realty. She’s been a licensed real estate agent since 2000, and her background includes banking, title, and paralegal work within the housing sector. When she’s not managing our office, Monica manages her home, where she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Courtney Addington, our Bookkeeper and Marketing Director, has been with our office since January of 2018. Courtney has extensive knowledge in the real estate industry, with her background working in real estate and title since 2014 and attaining her real estate license in 2018. A Florida native, Courtney enjoys spending her free time on the water and with her dogs, Mali and Tiller.
Briana joined the CRR family in January of 2021. Although new to CRR, Briana has many years of industry experience working in real estate administration and transaction coordination. With her background in the industry, Briana shines as the CRR Compliance Coordinator – checking hundreds of real estate documents daily for accuracy. A Florida Native, in her free time Briana enjoys exploring local eateries and spending time with her family.
The newest member of our team, Mason joined CRR in October of 2021! Although new to CRR, Mason’s real estate experience spans back many years with experience in other offices as well as practicing real estate herself, having attained her license in 2019!
Steve Looper, our Head Trainer, has a background in education. He has a Bachelor’s in Education, as well as a Master’s in Teaching and Learning Styles. After educating our youth for several years, he decided to get his real estate license in 2003, where he utilized his knowledge and success to do what he loves most, teach. Steve joined the CRR family in 2013, after realizing that a traditional office structure did not fit his business model. In his free time, he enjoys life with his husband and their menagerie consisting of a trio of dogs and a horse.
